Integrative therapy offers a more holistic approach than short-term therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It does this by combining established therapeutic practice to address not only thoughts but emotions, relationships, and life experiences.
My integrative approach combines
Person centred counselling to explore your unique experience through open and honest dialogue in a safe and confidential setting. This allows me to understand what it's like to be you.
Transactional Analysis (TA) to recognise how the past influences your day-to-day interactions and responses to situations.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help manage your thoughts, understand the links to specific behaviours and give you the confidence to make the changes you need.
